Productivity: It’s What’s for Dinner

ChristineMan, I’ve been feeling really productive lately. I’ve been getting at least one illustration done every day for the last, I dunno, two or three weeks? It feels pretty good to be getting so much work done. One of my big projects, a book I’m illustrating for a friend of mine, is finally starting to look like an achievable goal. When we started it out, I didn’t know how I’d ever see the end of it. …but it’s been a lot of fun to work on, and we’ve really been getting a lot accomplished lately. If all goes as planned, there should be a huge Project Page devoted to that book in the near future.

Tonight’s sketch is another at-work drawing, done for a girl named Christine that I work with at the copy shop. She (along with everyone else I work with) wanted me to draw her, so when we got a lull in the late afternoon, I sketched her up. Hope she makes it here to see herself in this post, and I hope you all like it. I thought it turned out fairly well for a 10-minute endeavor. Thanks for checking in, and I hope to see you back soon!

I really like her a ton. I don’t know what the girl actually looks like, but the style of the drawing is awesome.
